Broken or Breakthrough?

Benson returned from travel to find his home had been demolished by a bulldozer. The move had been orchestrated by his own community leadership as part of drain-clearing programme to reduce flooding. A solution has been found for neighbourhood flooding, but some of the neighbours find themselves on the streets.
