Written for his brother being held in unlawful pre-trial detention, Dre traces the violence visited on his hood to the transactions of power-brokers who travel in air conditioned corridors and deal in rooms behind high walls, under heavy guard. Determined to give it a shot and not get shot, Dre’s locked up in the studio everyday. Better to shout than shoot. #ImannyMelodies
